no system selling game gives a demo because it's bad for sales. And especially this early, you saw the pictures, they were all pre-alpha stripped down versions. Low textures, lighting, and no weather effects.

600 bucks is still 600 bucks. And if you don't have a HDTV getting a PS3 is near pointless. The same goes for the 360, but there you aren't paying 200 more for a HD drive that you couldn't use.
yah fellas I've lost a lot of interest in arguing console performance and what not. Cause people on the internet don't act mature and ignore reality most times, on both sides.
so yah, I really don't defend any console. It just seems that way cause sony's incredibly easy to pick on with all their faults and mismanagment. But I still have my beefs with the 360, but nothing even close to counter the problems with what the PS3 has become.

and I guess since I have a 360 now, and don't plan on buying a 600 dollar PS3 at launch I'm a fanboy. Dang, shucks guess my history of sony/nintendo/microsoft consoles all boils down to you calling me a fanboy cause I don't see ANY INCENTIVE that would justify buying a 600 dollar console when I already have one giving identical graphics, and in my opinion more games that I like.
